"I want to pay a tribute to a monumental concept approach of socialistic home building. I want to lay down mourning flowers to the bottom of a monument, which chants about the brave fight of the comrades with the home crisis that stroke the peaceful nations of the East Block. I want to glorify the concrete prefabricated panel as the basic construction unit determinated to keep the solidarity of the working classes".
